The Consulate General of the State of Qatar in Istanbul hosted a reception on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar, observed on 18 December

The reception was attended by H.E. Mr. Mehmet Sulun, Deputy Governor of Istanbul, alongside Their Excellencies the accredited Consuls, as well as representatives from various diplomatic, economic, and academic sectors

This celebration reflected the depth and strength of the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the sisterly Republic of Türkiye. It also constituted an important occasion to further enhance cooperation and diplomatic and cultural engagement between the two countries. Guests extended their warm congratulations to the State of Qatar—its leadership and people—on this national occasion, and commended the high standard of organization and the gracious hospitality, which reflect Qatar’s authentic values
