The State of Qatar participated in the “Second OIC Conference of Ministers of Transport and Communications,” held in Istanbul on 11–12 February 2026

The ministerial conference, chaired by H.E. Mr. Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of Türkiye, discussed ways to enhance transport and communications networks among the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

The State of Qatar was represented at the conference by H.E. Dr. Naif bin Jassim Al-Abduljabbar, Consul General of the State of Qatar in Istanbul, with the participation of Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Nuaimi, First Secretary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Ankara
