The State of Qatar participated in the 9th Istanbul Mediation Conference, held in Istanbul under the theme "New Partnerships and Perspectives for Peace: Mediation in a Changing World." The Qatari delegation was headed by H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, in the presence of Dr.Naif Bin Jassim Al-Abduljabbar, Consul General of the State of Qatar in Istanbul, along with a number of senior officials and dignitaries.

The conference focused on the importance and role of mediation amid ongoing political developments, as well as ways to strengthen international dialogue in addressing existing conflicts and challenges.
